The Muse
Where does creativity come from?
Creativity is not magic.
It's the ability to make something new that fits. Not a bolt of divine inspiration, but a capacity every person has: to take what is inside and give it a form. From spirit to matter.
The Muse is your own creative process. The ideas that come to you when you don't expect them. When you don't feel inspired at all. It is your inspiration, your flow, your momentum.
November is made for doing less and being more. This course is your official permission to let things settle, to take a pause, and to listen to yourself. Because in daily stress the ideas don't come. They need time and quiet.
Become who you are by learning who you are. — Robert Greene
From spirit to matter.
Four weeks, four sources.
Every week has a theme. Every theme is a source of inspiration we explore in a live workshop, in a practice session, in a morning session and in a daily ritual.
The Stillness
Intuition: what is it, and how do I support it? We learn meditation and pausing. How do I establish quiet? Who am I when I'm silent?
Daily practice: meditation & silenceThe Darkness
What happens when nothing is there? What are the wishes and dreams I'm not even aware of? We go deeper with breathwork, images and archetypes, and one creative technique of your choice: painting, writing, sewing, pottery.
Daily practice: writing down your dreamsThe Unknown
Tarot and signs. Synchronicities, pings, small nudges. How do I know I'm on the right path? A fireside chat about cards and signs.
Daily practice: drawing a card, reading a signThe Morning
On writing and journaling. What does writing do to us? Ten days of Morning Pages, together, with coffee and company.
Daily practice: Morning PagesSolstice night. The longest night, the shortest day. Two weeks after The Muse ends we meet again to celebrate, and to open the door to The Dark Night Sky. Everyone from both courses is invited.
Why November. The light is leaving, and it keeps leaving through the course. Hours of daylight in Cologne, week by week:
Three sessions a week. Nothing is not recorded.
Thursday evening
The workshop of the week. One hour, live on Zoom. This is where the theme opens.
Sunday
Practice and journaling on the theme: meditation, breathwork, cards, writing.
Wednesday morning
45 minutes to start the day together. Morning meditation, later morning writing.
Every session is recorded and in your video library within hours, so you can join live or in your own rhythm. Between sessions we hold each other accountable in a small group chat. You keep access to everything until the end of February.

Welcome. So good that you made it here.
Because this course is your official permission to let things settle. To build in a pause. And the official permission to listen to yourself.
How often do we ask others for help? Or don't even know what to do, can't make a decision, stay in the room called "in between"? Listening to yourself also means being there for yourself. Making decisions, so you move forward. Really saying yes to the things that matter to you.
It is so easy to lose sight of yourself. So easy. To ask an AI what you should do next. But no. You know the answer. It's not about giving the best answer. It's about making a decision that fits you. And no AI in the world can do that for you.
The Muse lives inside AELYS.
The Membership
The Muse is one of four seasonal courses. As a member you get all of them, plus the circles in between.
- The Muse (autumn) and The Dark Night Sky (winter)
- 40 Days of Rituals (spring) and Mid Somma (summer)
- Monthly live circles: vision planning, energetics, writing
- All past courses, first access to clothing and retreats
The Muse only
Four weeks, all live sessions and recordings, the group chat, access until the end of February.
- No monthly circles
- No access to past courses
Until last year, The Muse and the Rauhnächte were sold together as one winter bundle. AELYS replaces that. The courses are still here, but their home is the membership now, and that's where the price is fair.
November Magic
Your host Steffi Grube
Yoga teacher since my early twenties, trained journalist, based in Cologne and often somewhere else. I entered the wellness world at 19 and spent two decades learning what it gives and what it quietly takes. AELYS is my answer: my own recipes of energetics, writing and creative practice, in a circle that holds you without telling you who to be.
November is for me where the Magic begins. Where you get to your original ideas & original thinking. Where creativity can live fully.
